Monthly Truck Parking Agreement

Parties
This agreement is between 287 TRUCK PARKING (“Operator”) and (“Customer”) for the rental of a parking space located at 558 County Road 1595 Alvord, TX. 76225.

Term
This agreement starts on and continues on a daily,weekly or monthly basis.

Parking Details

Space Provided: Operator will provide Customer with 1 parking space at 558 CR 1595 Alvord, TX. 76225.
Must park within the 1 parking space provided.

Permitted Use: The space is for parking only. No storage of personal items, hazardous materials, or other goods is allowed. Personal vehicle is allowed while truck is gone. All vehicles must be in working order.

Payment Terms

Fee: Customer agrees to pay said price per daily, weekly or monthly. Monthly will renew on same date as your sign up date.
Payment Method: Payments shall be made via Website: Info@287truckparking.com (Credit Card or ACH payment).

Liability Disclaimer

Operator is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction to Customer’s truck, trailer, or any contents, whether caused by accident, vandalism, weather, third parties, or any other event. Customer uses the parking space at their own risk and is solely responsible for securing insurance to cover their vehicle and property.

Rules and Responsibilities

Customer must keep the parking space clean and free of debris or waste.

Operator may park in any open spot, MUST park between boundaries of the parking space to ensure clear access for others.

Trucks or vehicles left after termination or unauthorized vehicles may be towed at Customer’s expense.

Termination

Operator may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of rules, and Customer must remove their vehicle promptly upon notice.
You will be fully liable for any damages caused to the premises or other vehicles.
