Cancellation Policy of 287 Truck Parking

1. Notice of Cancellation: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. To cancel, please send an email to [email protected].

2. Liability for Damages: Customers are fully liable for any damages caused to the premises or other vehicles during their use of the parking facility. Any repairs or associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Immediate Termination: The operator reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of facility rules. If terminated, the customer must promptly remove their vehicle upon receiving notice. Failure to do so may result in towing at the owner’s expense.
